MATCH-WRITING INFO
Entrance Theme: Combichrist - "All Your Bass Belongs To Us"
Entrance Description: Combichrist's "All Your Bass Belongs To Us" hits the PA system and Anson Orlandelli bursts out from behind the curtain, with Russ Lehman a couple of paces behind him. They're both wearing long coats and shades. Anson drops to one knee and spreads his arms, while Russ raises his arms in a Y shape behind him. After a moment Anson starts making his way to the ring, yelling and hyping The Natural Ones up as he goes. Russ just follows him in a much more sedate manner, getting himself ready for the match ahead. They pause near the ring to pose for a picture with a lucky fan, then both slide under the ropes. They cross the ring, each ascending one of the far corners where Russ raises his arms while Anson strikes a pose and yells again. After a moment they turn and drop, and head to the opposite corners where they they pose again. Once they're done, they drop down and high five in the middle of the ring. As the music fades, they take off their coats and shades and set them at ringside.
Fighting Style & Mindset: Anson is all speed and creative risk. Russ is both the power man and the technician, as well as being the strategist. They've been teaming together a long, long time and know each other inside out. Russ is a genius, and Anson is quick thinking and observant, so they're not an easy team to outwit. However, they're both very focused on their roles, and can't really cover for one another - Anson's not much of a hoss and Russ is most definitely not a flyer. Between Anson's low pain threshold and Russ's poor conditioning, long matches do not favour them, so it's in their interests to wrap things up quickly.
They also employ a lot of audacious, sometimes crowd-pleasing cheating (especially Anson) which they call their "hax+sploitz".
Primary Team Finisher:
01. "Flawless Victory" - Powerbomb from Russ with diving seated senton from Anson as the opponent falls, with whichever of them is legal typically holding on for the pin.
Alternative Team Finishers:
01. "Super Dragon Boom Infinity" - Electric chair driver from Russ with upside-down lungblower from Anson.
02. "You Have Zero Continues" - Top rope headscissors throw from Anson, caught into spinebuster from Russ.
Signature Team Moves / Spots:
01. "Disaster Blaster" - Elevated back-to-back rack (Gory special) from Russ, with a superkick low blow from Anson, with theatrics.
02. "Fox McCloud & Captain Falcon Punch" - Double low blow punch.
03. "Head Cannon" - Hanging belly-to-back figure four necklock from Anson; spear from Russ to the opponent's midsection, flipping them into a front flip piledriver from Anson.
04. "Phoenix Wing Fandango" - Russ gets an opponent in a full nelson; Anson throws in three superkicks with his left foot, then spins around for one more superkick with his right foot, with Russ throwing the opponent back in a full nelson suplex immediately afterward.
05. "Rumble Pack" - Flapjack from Russ into double knee sternum breaker from Anson.
06. "Sliced Bread #37" - Anson gets the opponent in a three-quarter facelock, and backflips for a standing shiranui; while he's upside down Russ pushes him back the other way to convert the move into an aided stunner.
07. "Still Hungry" - Stalling double underhook lift from Russ, with Anson diving in to complete an assist piledriver. It's often used to kick off the part of the match where things ramp up.
08. "Super Seiken Dragon Boom II" - Electric chair bomb from Russ immediately followed by a sliding dropkick to the opponent’s head from Anson.
09. "Digital Equaliser" - Shot with Guitar Hero controller (singles move, but shared by both of them, and sometimes done as a double shot or even a triple with Savannah).
10. "Morph Spider" - All three DDT two opponents, with Savannah in the middle assisting; obviously only relevant if Savannah's accompanying them.
Common Double Team Moves:
01. Allez-oop bomb from Russ across Anson's braced knee.
02. Atomic or Manhattan drop from Russ, then Anson comes in with something like a bulldog to drive the opponent's crotch back onto Russ's knee a second time.
03. Bow and arrow stretch from Russ with running dropkick to head from Anson.
04. Clothesline from Russ plus chop block from Anson.
05. Combined flapjack from Russ and diving leg drop to back of neck from Anson.
06. Combined German suplex from Russ and diving leg drop to chest from Anson.
07. Double atomic or Manhattan drop.
08. Double fishhook to the mouth, from either side of an opponent.
09. Double wishbone split.
10. Extended wristlock from Russ with kick to ribs from Anson.
11. Inverted facelock from Anson with diving or running double axe handle to torso from Russ.
12. Inverted facelock from Russ with running dropkick or diving double foot stomp to torso from Anson.
13. Russ press slams Anson on top of prone or supine opponent.
14. Sitout jawbreaker from Anson into a German suplex from Russ as opponent stumbles back.
15. Stalling vertical suplex from Russ with missile dropkick from Anson to send the opponent falling.
16. Suplexes from Russ followed by dives from Anson - not the most unique combo but they're very slick with it, and versatile too.

TEAM BIOGRAPHY
Relationship: Russ and Anson are best friends, and have been a continuous tag team for over 15 years. Savannah is Anson's wife. The three of them host a Twitch stream and YouTube channel together.
Team Career History: The Natural Ones formed in 2007 when Anson was on a trip to wrestle in the UK, and found himself booked in a couple of tag matches with Russ in a local indie. They quickly found they had a natural rapport both in and out of the ring, and decided to form a full time tag team with Anson's girlfriend Savannah Lyons lending them her psychology and business skills as their manager. The feeling was that they had more potential as a unit than as singles stars, at least in the short term; over fifteen years and numerous tag team championships later, they're firmly established as a successful veteran team. Their first major promotion as a team was Global Extreme Wrestling where, despite never winning the Tag Team Championship, they did win the Team of the Year award in 2008. Since then they've worked all over the UK and North America, most prominently for XWA BattleZone, Twin City Wrestling and Fight Club UK - where they're entrenched as the divisional aces, as record five-time Hope & Glory Tag Team Champions and thrice winners of the annual Hope & Glory Shield tournament.
